- Get a small portion of duct tape, which should be of the size of the wart
- Leave the tape there for six days.
- After the span of a nearly a week, remove tape and soak the liquid. It is one of the most important steps of duct taping of plantar warts.
- Gently rub the area with emery board
- Leave the wart open over night
- Repeat the same until the wart is totally cured
